Terms of Service

KantoCorp™ Precision Card Centering Analysis is provided for personal and internal business use to estimate trading card centering from user-supplied images.

The tool provides centering-based estimates only. Results are informational and do not guarantee any final grade, subgrade, or outcome from PSA, SGC, BGS, CGC, TAG, or any other grading company.

All rights in the tool, including its software, interface, reports, branding, design, text, images, and underlying evaluation methods, are owned by KantoCorp™ or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, resell, sublicense, reverse engineer, scrape, rebrand, or create derivative works from the tool or its reports without prior written permission from KantoCorp™.

You are responsible for the images and content you upload and represent that you have the necessary rights to use them.

The tool is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. KantoCorp™ is not responsible for grading outcomes, submission decisions, business losses, or reliance on centering estimates.

KantoCorp™ may update, suspend, or discontinue features, pricing, or availability at any time. If these Terms are materially changed, the updated version will be posted with a new effective date.

Privacy Policy

KantoCorp™ respects your privacy.

KantoCorp™ uses uploaded images and related inputs only to operate the tool, including image display, alignment, centering analysis, result generation, and report export.

For the local/offline version, images remain in your browser session unless you choose to export or save them yourself.

For any hosted or online version, uploaded images and related usage data may be processed on servers in order to provide centering analysis, secure grading logic, report generation, security protections, fraud prevention, account features, payment features, product analytics, and customer support.

KantoCorp™ does not sell uploaded card images. KantoCorp™ may use service providers that help operate the platform, such as hosting, storage, analytics, authentication, and payment providers, to the extent needed to run the service.

Exported reports may include KantoCorp™ branding and watermarking.

KantoCorp™ may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If material changes are made, the updated version will be posted with a new effective date.
